How do I book?
Reserve by phone or on our website. You’ll receive a confirmation after booking. Full payment is due at pickup.
What do I need to rent?
A valid driver’s license held for at least two years, age 25+, a credit or debit card, and your auto insurance information.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A refundable $150 security deposit is held at pickup and returned within 24 hours after inspection, less any charges.
What about mileage?
Unlimited mileage for travel within the continental United States. Travel outside the continental U.S. requires prior approval.
Can I add another driver?
Yes. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be listed on the agreement. No additional driver fee.
What insurance do I need?
Your own auto insurance must cover rentals. Optional protection ($150) generally reduces your responsibility for covered vehicle damage, excluding tires, glass, and personal belongings. Full details are provided at pickup.
What is your fuel policy?
Vehicles go out full and must return full. A $65 refueling fee applies if not returned full.
Can I pick up or return after hours?
Yes, when prearranged. A lockbox is provided for pickup; use the secure drop box for returns. You remain responsible for the vehicle until it’s inspected during business hours.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of booking. No-show fees equal the full rental charge.
Is smoking or vaping allowed? Pets?
No smoking or vaping. Excessive cleaning (including smoke, pet hair, or odors) incurs a $150 cleaning fee.

1. Rental Requirements
- Minimum Age: Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license held for at least two years is required. International renters must present a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP).
- Payment Method: All rentals must be paid by credit or debit card. A refundable $150 security deposit is required at the time of rental.
- Insurance: Renters must carry valid auto insurance that covers rental vehicles.
2. Reservation and Booking Process
- Booking Methods: Reservations may be made by phone or through our website.
- Payment Timing: Full payment is due at pickup.
- Booking Confirmation: A confirmation will be provided at the time of booking.
- Changes to Reservations: Modifications must be requested before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations: See Section 11.
3. Rental Period and Mileage
- Minimum Rental Period: One day (24 hours) on weekdays; two days on weekends.
- Rental Day Definition: A rental day is a 24-hour period starting at the time of pickup.
- Late Return: $50 per hour after the scheduled return time. A full-day charge applies after two hours late.
- Mileage: Unlimited for travel within the continental United States. Travel outside the continental U.S. requires prior approval.
4. Vehicle Inspection and Condition
- Pre-Rental Inspection: A walkaround inspection will be completed before departure. Existing damage will be noted on the rental agreement.
- Customer Responsibility: Renters should review the inspection and may take photos before leaving.
- Return Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition, except for normal wear.
5. Vehicle Use
- Permitted Use: Personal or business travel on paved roads only.
- Prohibited Use: Off-roading or racing; towing without prior written approval; smoking or vaping inside the van; transporting hazardous materials.
- Unauthorized Use: May result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of all fees and deposits.
6. Additional Drivers
- Eligibility: Additional drivers must meet all rental requirements.
- Registration: All drivers must be listed on the rental agreement.
- Fees: No additional driver fee.
7. Vehicle Capacity and Equipment
- Passenger Limits: The number of passengers may not exceed the seating capacity listed for the vehicle.
- Cargo Limits: Cargo weight must not exceed the manufacturer’s rating.
8. Fuel Policy
- Pickup: The van will be provided with a full tank.
- Return: Must be returned with a full tank. A $65 refueling fee will apply otherwise.
9. Insurance and Liability
- Customer Coverage: Renter’s own insurance applies unless optional coverage is purchased.
- Optional Protection ($150): Generally reduces the renter’s responsibility for covered vehicle damage, excluding tires, glass, and personal belongings. Full details are provided at the time of rental.
- Damage Responsibility: The renter is responsible for all damage, theft, or loss during the rental period, including damage to tires, windows, and the interior.
10. Cleaning Policy
- Standard Return: The vehicle must be returned clean.
- Excessive Cleaning Fee: $150 for smoke, pet hair, food stains, or odors.
11. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Free Cancellation: Available up to 24 hours after booking.
- No-Show: The full rental charge will apply if the renter does not pick up the vehicle as scheduled.
12. Breakdown and Roadside Assistance
- Coverage: 24/7 roadside assistance is provided for mechanical failures not caused by renter negligence.
- Contact: Call (334) 909-5181 immediately in the event of a breakdown.
- Replacement Vehicle: A replacement vehicle will be provided when available, or a full refund will be issued if one cannot be supplied.
13. Pickup and Return Instructions
- Location: 1010 12th Ave., Phenix City, AL 36867.
- Lockbox Access: A lockbox will be on the driver’s side window. The code will be provided 24 hours before pickup.
- After-Hours Return: Must be prearranged. Keys should be placed in the secure drop box; the renter remains responsible until the vehicle is inspected during business hours.
14. Security Deposit
- A refundable $150 deposit is held at pickup and returned within 24 hours after inspection, less any applicable charges.
15. Data Privacy
- Collection: We collect only the information necessary to process your rental.
- Retention: Personal data is kept only as long as required by law.
- Security: Data is stored securely.
16. Agreement Acknowledgment
- By booking or renting, you agree to all terms in this policy and the rental agreement provided at pickup.
17. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. All disputes will be resolved in Lee County, Alabama.
